Description: The Best Buy Customer Solutions Manager plays a key role on the Assistant Store leadership team. Reporting to the Store General Manager you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the P&L and financial performance of your business. -Drive overall store profitability through positive customer interactions

-Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Twin City Appliance in Shreveport is the 2nd largest independent appliance service company in the State of Louisiana, and we are expanding operations. We are factory authorized for over 40 brands of appliances, both domestic and foreign. Twin City Appliance is locally owned and has been in business 28 years.

Qualifications:
-very mechanically oriented and experience troubleshooting appliances (or other complicated machinery)

Our Technicians run routes daily from customer home to customer home. All work is entered on mobile computers that link to our main office for real time part lookup, technical lookup, part ordering, and job status.
